Water Treatment Plant | Changi, Singapore
Development of LOD 300 architectural and landscape BIM models for a commercial water treatment plant campus spanning approximately 60,000 sq.m. The scope included detailed 3D modeling of grading, roads, bund walls, hardscape, lighting, ducts, transformer rooms, pits, access pathways, and tank staircases using CAD inputs.

Comprehensive BIM services for large-scale residential apartment buildings (B+G+5) with unit mix ranging from 2BHK to 5BHK, covering an area of approximately 25,000 sq.m.
Residential Structural Design – 20 Crusader Street | NSW, Australia
Structural engineering and documentation for a residential building including ground floor slab and footing design, first-floor framing, and roof framing layouts. The scope covered waffle pod slab systems, screw pier alternatives, reinforced concrete detailing, steel and timber framing, and construction-ready drawings developed in accordance with Australian Standards.
